Re-certification is a one-day practical training course scheduled during the in-class practical date of our Blended First Aid courses. Please bring your current, not expired certification to class as proof of eligibility to re-certify. Canadian Red Cross Certification.

First Aid is the emergency help given to an injured or suddenly ill person using readily available materials.

CPR stands for Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation, which provides artificial respiration and chest compression for a person without vital signs.
