Standard First Aid & CPR (Includes AED)

First Aid is the emergency help given to an injured or suddenly ill person using readily available materials.

CPR stands for Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation, which provides artificial respiration and chest compression for a person without vital signs.

Courses are delivered by certified trainers and meet or exceed Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
