Blended First Aid combines 4-8 hours of online learning and 8 hours of in-class practical skills. Online learning can be done at any time but has to be completed prior to attending the classroom portion. This gives flexibility to the students as they do not have to attend the 2-day class! First Aid is the emergency help given to an injured or suddenly ill person using readily available materials.

CPR stands for Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation, which provides artificial respiration and chest compression for a person without vital signs.
